Having worked in the food industry both in Ireland and internationally, Phelim engages with brand owners and retailers, to ensure BR Marketing delivers the optimal portfolio mix across the retail landscape. Phelim has an H.Dip. in Food Science & Technology, as well as a Diploma in Finance & Accounting (ACCA). He’s a keen cyclist logging 80km weekly, a MAMIL, if you will! A passionate Munster supporter and an adventurous traveller.
